Before The Fall
53
Frozen moments in time
Catch the wave at its peak
And bottle its magic
Forever to keep
Emotions come crashing
If only we could
Just remember the highs
And everything good
It helps to step in
At the heart of it all
The wonder unfolds
Just before the fall.
It all began as a lark when his wife wanted something artistic to decorate their wall. So Clark Little went out into the wonderful Hawaiian sea and began clicking the huge waves as they rolled in. There was one difference though – he shot them from the inside. The result? Stunning pictures of the waves before they break.
That was two years ago. Today he’s following the beauty inside the wave full time. He’s been featured in magazines and on TV. And he continues clicking pictures that seem to be from another world!
Thank you Feline Prophet for the forward about Clark Little!

beautiful. makes me lonely for the beach. thank you.
Fabulous again Shalini - keep them flowing
A pretty little poem and a wonderful way to describe the crashing of a wave.
For me there is nothing that makes me feel vulnerable and fragile like nature at it's finest. We don't get these breakers inland where I am, but there is nothing like watching the water during a storm. The power is breathtaking. These are breathtaking!
Wow, such beautiful pictures. And a short and sweet poem. "The wonder unfolds just before the fall."
